Frolary Return & Warranty Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

We want you to love your Frolary garment steamer. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

  • Costs: For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

  • Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee (of the retail value) will be charged for opened packages that are in good working condition. After inspection, the remaining 65% will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact contact@frolary.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Frolary will help identify the problem. If a defect is confirmed, we may cover the return shipping (up to 15% of the product value) or arrange a replacement.

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if the product has no manufacturer defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-refundable:

  • Used or water-filled garment steamers (unless defective).

  • Consumable accessories (e.g., fabric brushes, water cups, travel pouches) once opened.

  • Customized products or items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher.


4. Warranty Policy

Frolary provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects affecting the functional use of our products.

Warranty Period:

  • Main Steamer Unit: 1-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Internal Batteries (if applicable): 3-Month Warranty.

  • Accessories: (Brushes, cables, etc.) are excluded from the long-term warranty.

  • The warranty period begins from the date the order is placed.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, self-repair, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Build-up of limescale/mineral deposits due to lack of maintenance or use of improper water types.

  • Products stolen, lost, or not purchased directly from frolary.com.

  • Commercial use of a household-grade steamer.


5. How to Process a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@frolary.com with your Order Number and Proof of Issue (Photos/Videos).

  2. Authorization: Items sent back without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: If a return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) sheet and address.

    • Within 7 Days: For confirmed defects, Frolary covers shipping for replacements.

    • After 7 Days: For warranty repairs, the customer covers the shipping to our center, and Frolary covers the repair/replacement and the return shipping to you.

  4. Tracking: You must provide a tracking number within 10 days of the request being verified.
